Running a limited company requires compliance with various aspects of company law, as well as following accepted accounting principles. Many of our clients ease the burden of these compliance issues by asking us to deal with them on their behalf. The two most common are:

Company Secretary

Since the 2006 Companies Act, not all small companies are required to have a company secretary. However, the director or directors often want a professional like ourselves to deal with such issues as filing the annual return to Companies House. In this case, we can provide company secretarial services to you for a small fee which includes the electronic filing fee for the annual return.

Registered Office

We are happy to provide the registered office address for our clients (though we do not do provide this as a stand-alone service). For an annual fee, you can use the HfM address as your registered office and we will notify you of any important mail that arrives. For most clients, that only involves paperwork that you would normally send us anyway. For, others we operate a mail notification and forwarding service which involves some additional cost.
